Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the j8ph22 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. j8ph22 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, j8ph22 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your j8ph22 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. j8ph22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify j8ph22 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. j8ph22 may, at its sole discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
j8ph22 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including at the time of registration, upon requesting a withdrawal, or at any other point deemed necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
j8ph22 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. j8ph22 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the j8ph22 cashier section and are subject to change at the Company's discretion. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j8ph22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
j8ph22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your j8ph22 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
j8ph22 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j8ph22 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform or its content.
j8ph22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, j8ph22 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including both real money and bonus funds. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
j8ph22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, j8ph22 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. In the event of any dispute between you and j8ph22, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting j8ph22 customer support. j8ph22 will endeavor to respond to and resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent j8ph22 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
